Delivery Period:

We aim to deliver your goods to mainland UK addresses within 5 working days of receipt of your order (subject to availability).

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on an industry standard SSL encryption service through our payment processor (Payment Sense) - we never have access to your card details at any time.



Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone.

Separate charges on all items are made for postage and packing. International and non UK orders are subject to additional delivery costs. The Price of shipping will be advised before payment is taken and the order is sent. We send out all orders right away which you should normally receive within 3 business days but, please give up to 5 days to provide for any potential delays. International orders are generally received in under 7 working days.
If your item is not in stock, it can be placed on back order for you however, we will notify of this as you may wish to cancel your order.

The descriptions and images on this Web site are for guidance only. All differences quoted and pictures shown are nominal and are only given as an indication of size, type and colour. This does not affect your statutary rights as a consumer. However we have taken the utmost care in trying to ensure that what you see is what you get!

If goods are purchased and you feel that they do not match our description you are entitled to return them to us within 7 days after receipt and get a full refund.
