Welsh wooden lovespoons are part of the traditional heritage of Wales. The custom of giving lovespoons has existed in Wales for over 300 years. The carved spoon was a token of lasting affection made by a young man for his sweetheart.

Today, spoons made by local crafstmen can still be given with love, or as a personal souvenir of a visit to Wales. If you are a Welsh Expat this is a great reminder of home.

This simple lovespoon is based on traditional designs which include much symbolism (see below). It is made from welsh wood and is made in Wales.
